I didn't realise that keeping up with two (ok, three) blogs, working at my day job and knitting monkeys (my evening job) would be so tricky, plus my bosses have now taken away my ability to even check the HS:MS prompt from my work pc, so I've decided to post my pictures and catch up with everyone else's at the weekend.

Away and Indulge

The word over at Her Space : My Space yesterday was Away ..... which was quite apt for me as I was away on a training course - which, sadly, I didn't photograph.


Instead, here's hubby going away on two wheels at dark o'clock this morning ......

...... leaving me home here to Indulge, which is today's word. Hurrah!

CD

The word today over on Her Space : My Space is CD. I didn't have a camera or a CD at work so here is my appalling camera phone take on the word. My new monkey mate Martin in the CD player. A photo so bad that I shan't be announcing it's arrival on my blog.

(Oh and yes, I thought it was the 15th for a while this morning ..... wishing this week away already .....)

Cold and Thread

Today's word over at Her Space : My Space is Cold. How appropriate - it's snowing. Doh! I hate snowing! Someone please make it stop.

And yesterday's word was thread. When I got back from work yesterday it was too dark to go rooting through the garage for screws which I wanted for my "Thread" and today it's snowing. So I can't possibly venture out there, obviously.

It was so lovely this morning that hubby and I drove down to Portishead for a mooch around the marina. He borrowed my girly pink camera (it suited him ;) and we had a bit of a photo-off.

We looked a right couple of plonkers, wandering round, snapping everything that didn't move (and some things that did), but did we care?

..... no we didn't .....

Soft

I don't want to play on Saturday's. I hate having my picture taken - even if I'm doing the taking, so instead I thought I'd catch up with more prompts.

The word on 30 November was Soft. My (fake) fur body warmer is so soft that I can't stop stroking myself it when I wear it ....

Perfume

Chalon by Lidl. Because I'm worth it .....

.... oops .... just can't get used to it being 2008 ..... I'll remedy that later. Must iron.

White

The prompt for today is White .... and I wanted to use this white crane (and sky), but as I took the picture last week, it's probably not allowed.
